We welcome and encourage all our members to serve and participate in ministry; every member of our parish has something unique to offer towards the Mission of the Church. Together we can best live out our call as Catholic disciples. Together we are Christ’s hands and feet to a world in need. Together we worship, praise and glorify God.
Our parish takes pride in liturgies that help us turn toward God. This takes coordinated planning, practice and participation. Volunteers are needed to assist in various liturgical ministries. Proclaim the Word at weekend and special liturgies. Training is provided. Lectors prepare by meditating on the readings the week prior to their assignment. Volunteers must have good public reading skills.
Welcome parishioners and guests at weekend and seasonal liturgies, and may include helping seating worshippers, receiving offerings or assisting the handicapped. The ministry is perfect for those who like to help enable things to run smoothly.
