With the nationwide shortage of teachers and school staff, coupled with the discrepancies between Public Schools and Catholic Schools pay scales, we have established the School Staff Enrichment Fund (SSEF) as a vehicle to augment the compensation of our School Staff. We are confident that this strategy will help retain our talent as well as attract new hires in the future.
